Can individual devices use a different portal URL?
Yes, individual devices can have an override portal URL. Full catalog driven dashboard benefits work best when the device uses the provider default portal.
Does NeoXportal include EPG and catchup today?
The interface can use existing provider EPG/catchup where available. Managed EPG and cloud catchup are planned as optional future services.
How does provider onboarding work?
You create a provider account, confirm your email, complete portal onboarding, import catalog data, and configure the first TV dashboard.
Can the UI be branded?
Yes. Provider branding includes logo, app name, colors, dashboard rows, highlighted channels, and layout groups.
